AMSOIL SIROCCO® Synthetic Compressor Oil maintains performance across a wide operating temperature range. AMSOIL TBI hydraulic oil is a premium lubricant designed to biodegrade to its natural state when subjected to sunlight, water and microbial activity. Because it is formulated with ashless additives that do not contain heavy metals, TBI has a very low toxicity level. AMSOIL TBI incorporates very high-quality synthetic base oils that provide thermal stability, even though they are biodegradable. TBI also contains antiwear additives that have been thoroughly tested and qualified against stringent hydraulic oil standards.

Synthetic Anti-Wear Hydraulic Oils ISO 15, 22, 32, 46, 68 {AW}
AMSOIL Synthetic AW Series Antiwear Hydraulic Oils are shear-stable, long-life lubricants based on high-quality synthetic oil technology. These oils are formulated with a premium additive system that inhibits oxidation to prevent acid formation and viscosity increase and inhibit rust and foam (providing smooth hydraulic operation). AW Oils contain a very effective zinc-based antiwear/antioxidant additive which controls wear in high-speed, high-pressure vane and gear pumps while meeting the lubrication requirements of axial piston pumps with bronze-on-steel metallurgy. AW Oils meet the requirements for Maximum Efficiency Hydraulic Fluid (mehf) and can lower costs and/or increase productivity in mobile equipment by 6 to 15%.

AMSOIL Synthetic Fifth Wheel and Open Gear Compound (GFW) is based on novel, proprietary technology resulting in a lubricant that does not use asphaltic materials, residual compounded oils or diluent solvents as part of the lubricant formulation.* Typical gear compounds are composed of asphaltic and residual oils cut with solvent to ease application and use. Synthetic GFW does not require solvents to assist the product in application and use, even in cold weather. GFW meets the AGMA specification 14R for open gear lubricants.

Semi-Synthetic WLJ Slideway, Chain and Gear Lube {WLJ}
AMSOIL Semi-Synthetic WLJ is a high-quality, heavy duty lubricant composed of synthetic base oils, large molecule petroleum base oils and additives specifically designed for EP applications found in gear, chain and machine tool applications. The Ea By-Pass Oil Filter (EaBP) provides the best possible filtration protection against wear and oil degradation. Working in conjunction with the engine’s full-flow oil filter, the AMSOIL Ea By-Pass Filter operates by filtering oil on a “partial-flow” basis. It draws approximately 10 percent of the oil pump’s capacity at any one time and traps the extremely small, wear-causing contaminants that full-flow filters can’t remove. The AMSOIL Ea Bypass Filter typically filters all the oil in the system several times an hour, so the engine continuously receives analytically clean oil.

AMS-Oiler™ Oil Pre-charger {AMK}
The AMS-Oiler® is a high-tech oil pre-charger that puts an end to potential dry-engine starting. Typically, an engine that has sat for even a short period of time will operate relatively dry upon starting before oil is able to fully lubricate the system. The AMS-Oiler® operates as an engine oil reservoir, charged under pressure directly from the oil pump output during normal engine operation. Synthetic Multi-Purpose Grease, NLGI #2 {GLC}
AMSOIL Synthetic Multi-Purpose Grease grade #2 is recommended in manual or automatic lubricating systems. NLGI #2 (GLC) is the preferred choice for medium to high ambient temperatures, sleeve type bushings, high shock loading environments, wet environments and wheel bearings and other automotive applications. The correct consistency grade of AMSOIL Synthetic Multi-Purpose Grease is recommended in heavy and light duty applications found in manufacturing plants, automobiles, agricultural and construction equipment. These include, but are not limited to, roller bearings, plain bearings, thrust bearings, gears, electric motors, presses, winches, bushings, wheel bearings, chassis lubrication, universal joints, ball joints, tie-rod ends, and steering knuckles. AMSOIL X-Treme Synthetic Food Grade Grease is an ultra-premium aluminum complex grease designed for food service and pharmaceutical industry equipment where there is a possibility of incidental contact. This product provides exceptional performance over a wide temperature operating range of -35°F to 350°F (up to 400°F in intermittent use situations), making it suitable for both hot and cold applications. Perfect for lubricating non-metallic surfaces that come into contact with metal, nylon, cardboard, fiberglass, wood or plastic surfaces. Use anywhere a light-duty or silicone lubricant is required. Special non-staining formula. USDA H-1 rated for incidental contact with food. Excellent for waterproofing leather boots, shoes, jackets, suede, etc.

Synthetic Universal Automatic Transmission Fluid {ATF}
AMSOIL Synthetic Automatic Transmission Fluid (ATF) exceeds the performance requirements for domestic and foreign automatic transmission fluid applications. AMSOIL ATF provides automatic transmissions, power steering units and hydraulic equipment with excellent lubricating protection and better performance over a wider temperature range than conventional automatic transmission fluids. AMSOIL Synthetic Automatic Transmission Fluid is recommended for use up to 50,000 miles under severe service and up to 100,000 miles under normal service or according to the vehicle manufacturer recommended intervals, whichever is longer.
